Rules Question... In a two player game, the first player is also lights out player. Is the lights out (second turn) considered to be an independent turn? For example, if I have 2 dice in hand (and 1 exhausted) and choose to play 1 die on the first turn. Then on the lights out turn I choose to not play a die... Do I then get my third dice back since my lights out turn did not earn a card? Or am I not allowed to take it back because I have one of my colors on the board from my first turn?

When you have the Leader and Lights Out card you may use either one of your two turns to recover your dice and you may place dice on your other turn. Hope that helps!

If a player exhausts all their dice, does that mean they have to sit out on the next round?

That's right. You get all of your dice back any time you don't collect any Treasure cards in a round.

Started very good, but at the end it lack something like using his items to get bonus. This would bring much more fun because then you'll have to choose; keep the item for scoring and get a cool bonus. I was going to back because 9$ but It seems much too light for me. I'll pass.

I expected the same exact thing. Like the power he used, took 2 items, so maybe wait to see if you can get a third or give up those artifacts before the game ends to get the dice bonus. You get the points whether the cards are face up or face down, I don't see the point.

The point of flipping the cards is just to show that the one-time ability has been used. To use it again you would have to collect 2 more.
