The rulebook says , for a 3 player game , shuffle the cards with 2&3 together and place them next to the pile from 1 . That you have 4 piles.

Ok. I’m sure you’re right. It doesn’t say to shuffle them together is the problem, just says to shuffle them. I wouldn’t play this with fewer than 4 players anyway.

Not sure… there are new different rules for 2/3 but I wouldn’t being this game to a situation with fewer than 4 personally.

@shatnershairpiece I mean, it might be worth a try but with 2 players it adds a dummy third player which I’m never a fan of. 3 sounds better cause it’s the 4/5 player game with reduced scoring options and card choices. I like this, and most tea control, with the max player count.
