My fiances bday is in 2 days and I've been sittin at work learning this for a week now by ear (I'm a guitar player of 12yrs) and I managed 3yr old style simple chords to play it but watching ur vid blew my mind. She loves the song and complains I never sing for her personaly she just sees me at my shows so its gonna be a good suprise. Hey Joe! You are great at what you do. I am a piano teacher and I know you are as well. Only thing i may be critical of is why not tell the theory the way it is. All of the sharps you mentioned should be flats. Judging on one of your statements during the video, im pretty sure you the difference is critical to us theory guys lol!!

It’s in Eb major. ( better than D#). And the third chord of the B section should be a Bb sus (Bb, Eb, F) which then resolves to Bb major (Bb,D,F).
