When the student is ready the master appears. This is exactly what I was looking for. Do you have any modulation on the bass patch? I mean, without using the mod or pitch wheels? It sounds like there is an LFO creating vibrato. Or maybe it’s just your hands are too fast lol. This was on the money bro, thanks.
@DeyquanBowens10 ай бұрын
👋🏾! I don’t have any modulation on the sound. There were times when I didn’t bring the mod wheel all the way down, maybe that’s what you’re hearing! 🤷🏾♂️ I did detune one of the oscillators in the sound, maybe that’s what you’re hearing! 🤷🏾♂️

Yo Deyquan! I was hoping in the future you could give a solid run down of instruments and equipment required to do more funk inspired gospel tracks? I have been wanting to incorporate it into our services and service power ups but I need something to bring to the other leaders in our ministry. It would be super helpful because I cant find any checklists on what you need online. 🙏🏼

I notice that you press the notes don't belong to the key of D minor such as DB, how do you approach or know the harmony that you want to go without it sound ugly. Appreciate the response, thanks!
@DeyquanBowens9 ай бұрын
Hey thanks for the question! I guess the simplest way to explain this is to look at those notes as expressive notes! Some of those notes are used to create character sort of like a guitarist when they bend into a note! On keys, some notes act as an ornament. I hope this helps a little bit! 😬
