You can either close the app or go to settings with the controller and change the control type to touch screen

Yup, juz like how the above said, try to connect ur controller from ur phone settings first, then u should see the controller options in Genshin Impact

Ok, you can try to disconnect ur controller on ur phone then unpair it. After that, hold on ps button and share buttons for 5 sec, connect to ur phone again

Hi I have one problem that I can't solve so I'm looking for an answer in the comments. I signed up for genshin impact with a google account, so I recently bought a ps4 and I wish I could somehow switch that google account to ps4. Please if anyone knows let them write because I am adventure rank 32 and I don't know what to do.

As for now, ur own account that registered in Pc/ Mobile platform can use simultaneously in both plat. But for PS4 you only can sign up/ sign in with ur PSN accounts, atho in the game u can cross platform and play with ur friends (like PS4 players can play with PC/ mobile platform players), but the accounts data does not share! Unfortunately there is no way you can use ur google account data on ur PS4... Guess u have to start a brand new journey (*´Д｀*)

It can be, but normally if it disconnects in the game but ur controller is still paired with ur phone(the light indicator on ur controller still visible), you can try to pull down the notifications center and then back to the game. Then it will fixed the disconnection problem

Yes u can, juz simply hold ps button and share button at the same time for 5-7 sec
