I think is possible to tune the high A string to a B if you don't have the high B available.

the sheet music you linked is different from the sheet music you are showing? Where can I get the sheet music you are teaching from?

Hmm, this link www.sheetmusicplus.com/en/product/prelude-carol-of-the-bells-19425034.html?aff_id=693327 is the one I purchased - it's two pieces, a prelude followed by Carol of the Bells, if you look at the 3rd and 4th page of the preview you will see Carol of the Bells, or at least it shows it for me, are you seeing something different?
