It worked. I joined the stream towards the end. The combined time to get the invite then full game access was about 7 hours. If you get on at any other time during the stream that time would definitely be shorter.

Joined the server around 11pm (MST) got my invite about 2 hours later, was expecting to not even hear back until maybe morning but there are very nice people who''l help u get that invite probably in a shorter amount of time during more active hours
