How to Play - Italian Stacking Solitaire

Can you play solitaire games with Italian cards? Absolutely! Stacking Solitaire, is one of the best Italian style Solitaire games out there. Can you beat the deck?
There are two missed opportunities I made in this video. 18:19 I should have placed the 6 of Clubs on the 5 of Clubs & at 19:47 I could have placed the 5 of Swords on the 6 of Cups. That eventually happens, but I didn't need to go through so much drama to get there! Take a lesson from my mistake, think about all your possibilities before you act!

Good question. I could have moved the whole left stack onto the Re/King starting with the Cavallo/Horse and down. Most players prefer to just move the smaller stack on top of the taller one, since it’s essentially the same move, just on a different space. You can do it either way, your choice. Good question. You won’t be able to flip the deck over at that point. Rather you can only use the top most shown card.

Hi I started recently with Italian cards, when I started solitaire my fourth card was an ace, do I stack up above immediately and take an extra card for the lower row, or draw 4 cards and ad the fourth card?

Great question. You would raise up the ace and then replace that empty spot with the forth card drawn from the deck. Welcome to the world of Italian cards!
