I still play lawbringer as I love the character design and fighting style along with how tanky he can be, I think hyper armour was a necessary addition and I think it does help but I still really miss my stunning tap and stunning overhead heavy.

Character is ruined by low damage. 20 damage top heavies is just criminal. They should buff it to 26(+4tap) so its on par with some of the stronger top heavies like berserker. As of right now theres absolutely no reason to wallsplat or impale. Youll be punished with increased stamina use. there's a glitch with wallsplat where it reduces the damage on a 3rd hit. So lawboys tap only does one damage, for a grand total of 21 damage off a wall splat -_-

I like how you explained how law bringer is very effective in the new rework. You demonstrate it in training mode but then when it comes to actual gameplay pirate did the work.

against good players (which i’m cursed to fighting everygame) LB just sucks dude. you get no solid confirmed damage. parry a heavy and you get a light or a zone which isn’t gonna cut it. they can either parry the heavy follow up or counter you’re guard break. good players who are also on PC can just react to everything. ik fighting PC players isn’t fair with any character generally but at least with other characters they have better tools. LB just doesn’t have those tools.

I played to Rep 9 before the rework, and personally I could seldom get the top heavy in without a light parry. Its always been a slow predictable move, so you’re often better off feinting it into say a guardbreak

Can someone exlain to me, why i always get block whenever i parry the opponent and do the top heavy? Do LB get nerf or is that a hack?

The top heavy only lands guaranteed upon a light parry(After you parried a light attack, you'll see the screen flashing up for a frame or two.). If you do the Unblockable after a heavy parry, it will not be guaranteed and you can be parried. (But not blocked, since it's unblockable.)

You need to hard feint them; only the top unblockable has a soft feint.

You lock on to an enemy, and move backwards while pressing the guardbreak button. If you play on PlayStation, it would be left stick down + square.

Lawbringer is awful in any competitive match. I don't think Dominion was a good choice to showcase him - everybody just wildly swings in that gamemode. Lawbringer just has too few switch up options, too few super armor moves, and not strong enough parry options, despite being labeled as a counter attacking character.
