I was searching to find why while playing I'm hitting notes but sounding sloppy or clunky. I think I use a combo of alot of thumb with a bit of wrist, tried holding the pick steady and using my wrist, what a difference! Thank you so much!

The thumb style picking works for me most of the time but I catch myself sounding sloppy when transitioning two notes per string. I had to practice slowing down to a metronome and using a tiny bit more of my arm movement as opposed to just my thumb for this and it made a huge difference. I’m glad I found this channel. 🤘
