Luigi also has a strong hit on his down smash, the back hit is stronger. Also, the zero to death combo has not been removed. Instead of using the d-air, you can use the z-air, the sour spot of the b-air, and the u-air.

I just want to add that with his down smash, if you’re facing away with someone and hit them with the back sweep of the kick, that’ll give you the most launch distance and kill potential. 6:28 not many people seem to know this, but you can angle a pretty large majority of characters forward smash attacks. It works with a lot of characters. Some characters, like little Mac, even get completely different moves. Angle his forward smash up and suddenly it's an uppercut. The more ya know

Heavy weights 60%(estimation), Dtilt->Dtilt->Utilt->full hop, wait a bit, Dair->fast fall then immediately up b DI able, combo is good for catching enemies off guard. If the enemy techs and rolls in, bair. roll out, side b I haven’t tried mid or light weights so feel free to do so. Found this out by slamming buttons on my controller :p

Easiest thing I find to do after missing a side special on stage is to just spam down special if the enemy is coming up to you. If you spam it, immediately after the end lag he will perform the down special which could lead to combos or a window to escape

In my experience with Luigi, I struggle really hard with keep away characters. Luigi really doesn't have the speed to play rush down so I typically get left in the dust. Swords are another really big problem though grabs actually help a lot with this problem unless it is Byleth. Byleth spaces you so hard. Just the advice of one person who sucks at smash.

I have a combo. While executing you have to move a bit forward, otherwise it won’t work. First grab the opponent (hit him once If you want) make a down throw, jump lowly and do a down air and then use the up b (Down throw, Down air, Up b)

Because its a one in ten chance for every single attack, for example, you roll a six-sided die 6 times, this does not guarantee you will roll a six. this is because when you roll a die you have a 1/6 chance at getting a six however if you role it twice you do not have a 2/6 chance. instead, you have two 1/6 chances meaning that rolling a die 6 times is not a perfect 6/6 chance of rolling a six but rather 6 1/6 chances of rolling a six. This means that while having higher odds of getting a misfire one is not guaranteed no matter how many times a side b is imputed.

Luigi main here; a lot of people found a new way to use his zero to death. Just use an up air at the end instead of a d-air or n-air then hit the big red up b button.
