Communist Lobster still recovering. It has been 4 years now. Took my doctors a while to work out what was wrong and the waiting list for surgery took 6 months. I followed through with all the guidance that I was given by my physiotherapists but when I returned to training I got injured straight away. I’ve had 2 surgeries and going for another one in a couple months. Wanting to get back into rugby once I’m back to sport. Live in England.

I think if u started slowly implementing examples in videos of pros or semi pros doing this or even your self a lot of people would significantly gain a better understanding

I love videos like this and i think you do a really good job explaining strategy. Something I have been looking for and never able to find is something that explains soccer formations, their strengths and weaknesses and how to use them properly, if you could cover something like that I would love to watch, maybe just one formation for the video a classic 442 or something more unique like a 433. Also i would appreciate if you were ever able to explain on this football field mat how you should react to certain situations, like if their holding mid moves here and their winger begins to make this run what should you do as a CM or a full back. I appreciate the videos a lot keep em coming

So both midfielders are battling. At the end of the day who will win - the one who is faster? in better shape (doesn't tire out as fast)? has better ball control? How can a slower guy win a 50/50 battle against a faster more skilled guy? I'm guessing one way is to just try to time things better and make quick passes.

Think faster. If You expect earlyier you going to fight 50/50 situation, You can react faster and have more time to react. If you allready know what to do with a ball you dont loose a time thinking what to do with a ball. If you know you going to loose a ball, you can try to block a pass and move your foot in way, that rebound ball go to your team friend. You can also slow him down to give time to your friend to help you. Use your strength if you can. When He recive a ball try to attack him instantly, to not give him a time to find his friend etc. I hope it is helpfull
