Triads. 1 3 5 8 or 1 b3 5 8 - learn them in every key. He has videos on triads, but in my opinion understanding triads helps you cover the entire fretboard. Say the name of the notes as you play them. You just have to put in the work. It's boring and tedious but worth it when it's time to perform.
