Just got my sets recently. I'm still missing nergigante, teostra and kulu ya-ku sets but i'll be getting them very soon. So far i'm playing together with my 6-year old kid, who is also a monster hunter fan and plays MHW regularly. Top notch board game so far! Looking forward to getting the Iceborne sets when it arrives!

Great video! The movement explanation was great and the rule is really hard to follow. At 13:35 you said you do draw damage cards equal to all the attack cards placed together. This is incorrect, you resolve each attack card when you place it, so each attacl card draws only damage cards for itself. Page 30 of the core book.

8:10 - I didn't understand the attack range of the monster. Shouldn't the top-right most position be hit as well since it's in the range of 3 diagonal movements?

This guide did not answer my question: What happens to the stamina board after a turn? Do the attack cards placed in the previous turn get discarded? Are you playing new cards on top of the old cards? Do the old cards continue to be in effect for the next turn? This isn't explained in the guide book or in this video.

Hi, at 18:10 we explain that at the end of your turn you have to draw a time card. The time card explains how you remove cards (you remove the rightmost card in the board - so one card is removed every turn). Previously placed cards do not count towards a new attack. Thanks

Can you do multiple sprints? And when the time card says remove an attack card from the stamina board, it includes face-down cards? The combo ender card with the orange arrow… must it end at the 5th slot of the stamina board?

Hi! For sprints, yes. For removing attack cards from the board, yes, it includes face down cards. For the combo end, it needs to be at the end of your attack. Not necessarely the 5th slot. Let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers!!

hi question, do you play every damage card in a sequence or do you only play the damage cards that you put down on the same turn for damage calculation? i remember seeing in the trailer that they reveal 4 damage cards despite only playing 2 with 1 on it so im a bit confused. it doesnr help that the manual has 0 play examples whatsoever

Hi, you play the damage cards that you put down on the same turn for the damage calculation but remember to calculate the damage per card instead of summing up. Any cards played on a previous turn do not count. Cheers!

How many potions do hunters get per mission? I realized I have none and only received one potion while tracking

Hi. You will get them as you do the investigation phase but there is no garanteed number. Another way of acquiring them is at hq phase by trading. Note that you can only carry up to 3 at any time. Happy hunting!

In addition to potions you get in adventure - check top section of starting point (1 for assigned and 2-5 for other stars) - they give you starting amount of potions

The monster attack card shows, in the end, the number of hunter actions. Does this mean that each hunter has that many actions or those actions must be spent collectively?

Because this is explained nowhere in the guide. I assumed it meant ~every~ hunter gets to make X number of turns before the monster attacks, because that's how it's phrased in the book.
