Slow it down initially. Make it as slow as needed for the leg and hand to do the right thing. Practice, practice & practice until your leg and hand gain independence, and then gradually speed things up for yourself.

Use metronome and start really slow, annoyingly slow. Your brain will make the click eventually. Practice coordination excersices and should be getting it in no time

What happened to Drummer-tube? I can't open the website anymore. I'm lost without it.
