When making a folder for the Ps2 Roms, I set it as my game directory but they're not appearing in my emulator, what's with that? do I need to put them in the same folder as my bios?

If I mirror my MacBook to my TV, will the emulation work in there too? And would there be any lag between the two?

it will work, but the lag is probably going to make it unusable

Wirelessly, sure it will have some lag. But if you use HDMI the delay will be very minimal assuming you have game mode turned on in your TV.

AetherSX2 still runs quicker but less graphical issues with some games in PCSX2. I can't use the Superdrive to play my originals though

Original wired Xbox controller won’t work for me, is that correct or am I doing something wrong? Also, can I play original ps2games right off the dvd? Thanks for the video!

Two things: is it supported by macOS in Apple's docs and can you map the gamepad in the controller settings manually? For old controllers sometimes you need additional software like for the Xbox 360 controllers that were wired or using a USB adapter for the OG Xbox controller.

@ I tried the 360 controller driver that didn’t work either and it doesn’t do anything. I guess it’s just not compatible. Thanks for the suggestion though. I would think something so simple would be easy but Tim Cook! 😂

i have completed a game on aethersx2 is there any way to transfer game data from aether sx2 to pcsx2

Copy the memory card files. They are the same.

Both. Unfortunately the ARM64 (Apple silicon) ps2 emulator isn’t being developed as the author was harassed to the point they quit.

I said I’d change last year, as you can’t really upgrade new Macs. I’ll keep the @dmug handle though as a throw back. DMG is fun as it’s OS X centric which is what I’m about, and could stand for definitive mac guide.
