I’m the friend. Hilde is my bae, and this is probably the most convincing my man has ever been. XD

As a person who DM'd a pathfinder1 game set in the Soul Calibur universe this video speaks to me specifically. Great content as usual.

This is a very interesting build. You get some of the nice damage and reliability of double slice, but you studio get reach on your reactive strike from the suggest

I don't know why, but the idea of a breaking pike is hilarious to me. Like a tin opener, but for doors 🤣
@PsiPrimeProductions14 ай бұрын
It can also be useful in combat, as razing officially does extra damage to animated objects, something I didn’t get to mention in my video.

Ooh this is such a cool build! I don't know Soul Calibur but the combo of spear and shortsword/main-gauche speaks to me. Looking forward to seeing more builds! Maybe a Power Ranger or Crash Bandicoot, or something else that goes off the wall.
@PsiPrimeProductions14 ай бұрын
I mean, Isn't crash bandicoot just a beastkin Monk? He runs around unarmed and unarmored right? Never really got into the series but I remember playing the minigame in Uncharted 4.
@chiragasnani34374 ай бұрын
@@PsiPrimeProductions1 yeah but I'm curious how you'd do a spin attack for him, or someone else like Sonic.
@PsiPrimeProductions14 ай бұрын
@@chiragasnani3437 I'd probably look at the Sudden Leap feat or the Flamboyant Leap Swashbuckler Feat.

Nice build. Side note, the dagger is pronounced main go shh. I know that’s not how it’s spelled, but it’s a French weapon 🤷♂️.

I learned my. . . Very limited French from a very nice lady named Mme Rose who. . . Had an accent (by her own admittance) and so my French is not only rusty but, a bit off.
@OldGreyGryphon4 ай бұрын
@@PsiPrimeProductions1 lol. It’s cool, To be fair, my French is all from tv shows, books, and interviews with French people so...

I'll have to check out the NPC Omnibus. Did you do the Summer Solstice pamphlet, too? I found that one underwhelming, but 36 NPCs sounds useful.
@PsiPrimeProductions14 ай бұрын
The summer solstice was the first thing I wrote, and it was part of something called Jamfinder. The prompt was to create a super short supplement, so I was limited on space.
@MikeLemmons4 ай бұрын
@@PsiPrimeProductions1 Totally fair! The price was reasonable and I wasn't too sore about it, but it was a bit shorter than I'd expected. NPC Omnibus seems useful.

question the breaching pike has the hobgoblin tag but hilda is a human. what feat are we picking up to ignore the hobgoblin tag? im new to this.
@PsiPrimeProductions13 ай бұрын
The Unconventional weaponry human ancestry feat allows you to buy a weapon that is uncommon regardless of the ancestry tag. Also, some GMs ignore the tag, especially if you are in a trade city like Absolom. Also also, Hilde could have just picked it up off a dead hobgoblin. It's covered in the video, though very briefly.
