@makelovewithmusic I have a question. I have lines on my violin to show where I should place my fingers. I have the first line at 36mm. second at 68mm. third at 82mm. and the last one at 108mm. Now comes the question: Why when I do exactly as you say, for an example in the beginning you say G3, but mine don't sound the same. Mine sounds right at G2? I don't know if it's me who misunderstands something, but I thought that G3 meant the third finger placement on the G string or G2 the second finger placment on the G string? I hope you understand what I am asking and will take the time to answer. Thank you :)
