I think it’s because she improvises without telling people how to do that improvisation. People don’t like that they, like to know how to play the song, not how the person who’s teaching them play’s the song, I don’t mind it though.

I have made the sheet music for many of my tutorials available via my patreon. If I've made the sheet music then it will say in the description/comments of that video. I don't so much for chord-based tutorials as they're so repetitious, but I make the chord/lyric chart for most of these types of tutorials. I try to do a balance of tutorials with sheet music and without, as not everyone understands sheet music.
