this tutorial is very easy and has helped me mostly tho at 9:50 I was struggling to figure out if I pressed the keys at the same time or pressed them differently and it wasn't very explained well and it was very confusing but apart from that the tutorials good

Great tutorial. But theory wise, the key that you're actually playing in, is Emajor... the song starts on the chord 4. Which will be A, in the key of E

Hmm, I wonder why I put A major?! I'm usually very anal about the key signature of pieces of music due to being a piano teacher!

​@@BitesizePiano I just double checked and it definitely is in C#m because you play a B major chord, which isn't in the key of A major. Also, you play and sing a D# note which isn't in the key of A major either. However, both are in C#m. The keys are confusingly similar though. I think some websites incorrectly say it's in A major.

You could also play inversions at the beginning to give it more variation (2nd inversions). I think it sounds better a bit lower, but that‘s my personal opinion.

I didn't include any new chords or passing notes, I just 'filled out' the rhythm by repeating extra notes here and there. I'm literally sat at my piano now about to record an entire video on this!
