How do I play with another person who is also using a keyboard? In the video they talk about use joysticks, but we don't have any.

you'll have to use a third party program that registers other keyboards as controllers. sounds goofy, but it works perfectly! check out our Discord server for links and more info

You can use third party programs to make multiple keyboards be read as controllers. I suggest hitting up our Discord's help channel, there's lots of community members that can point ya in the right direction.

You just need 1 computer to host, you can join the game on any device that supports parsec

Does this allow two people to use a controller, or does the host have to use a keyboard and the other player connecting has to be the gamepad? I tried parsec back then and that was the case and it really sucks playing on keyboard.

more than 1 person can use a controller, always! i'm sorry you had this issue in the past, next time please contact us and we can resolve your issues or troubleshoot with you.

@@ParsecGaming Thank you, Parsec! I think where I went wrong in the past was that I didn't host the game under arcade. I just hosted my computer screen to a friend. I also read somewhere that the host has to be keyboard since the person joining takes role of the gamepad. But I'm glad that isn't the case! Really excited to give this a try now.

Won’t even let me play online. Keeps saying I lost my connection even though i’m connected to the internet it. I was able to get it to work once on series X

Got the pc game copy, but when I hit the "party" button or search for "friends", it stayed on signing in forever... Hope this helps...
