Faramir has encountered a lone Mordor Troll in the ruins of the city and sets out to bring down this monstrous foe. Let's check out Mission 3 from the new boxed set and learn about Monsters and Wargear. Games Workshop was kind enough to send me the new collection of models from the Battle of Osgiliath Starter Set and I'm working my way through the four mission Campaign from the box!

I've been binging MESBG videos and man are these some gorgeous minis and tables. I just wish the "NPC" armies were as developed as the ones in the movies. The curse of writing for pre existing IP I guess.

I was on the fence for years about the Middle Earth game, but your videos and other youtubers’ buzz about how well-designed the rules are have convinced me to pick this up. Do I still need other books besides what comes in the box to construct an Easterlings force?

You’ll want the Armies book for the period you’re playing in; in this case The Lord of the Rings. It has rules for all the models and armies for that time period :)
