I like the "give XP to another player" idea. Mechanically reinforce teamwork concepts.

I think that's been my favorite mechanic of the system so far. Great way for the GM to up the danger and for players to reward interparty teamwork

My Vampire the Masquerade Gm used that idea as well. He said it was something he brought in from the LARP scene
