How to play Torchlight (1 or 2) with a controller

I dont really understand why so many pc games lack controller support. Not to include the option just seems flat out lazy.

You can go to the Advanced option in Xpadder to assign multiple keys to the same button/axis. There's a lot of other things you can do as well like make left click a toggle on a button so it holds it when you press it and stops holding when you press it again.

i could tell you what i did. i set right to about 5 so the cursor only stayed on the left of the screen but could move up and down then i messed with the bottom and top till it was going in the middle then i tweaked the left and right till it was a square around it

Could you help me with setting up the pixels for the easy mouse lock program for a 1280x800 resolution screen

because not everyone uses motionjoy. if someone has a controller made for pc then i don't think motionjoy will work. i tried to make this as universal as possible if people want to use motionjoy they can. motionjoy might actually work better than xpadder.

sometimes xpadder doesnt work when the game launches if you minimize the game then reload the xpadder profile it might work. this should work with any game.

well i checked my xpadder for the multiple key assign and its not there so that would explain it :) i searched everything for it and even asked a few people that use it more than me. its probably the version we're using

have you tried it with other games? I remember hearing about a cfg file you can put in that remaps the controls to a controller, you could try looking for that.

I assume you came from my friend McKay's video. in that case the great thing about xpadder is it just has the controller work like mouse + keyboard so just watch the xpadder part and apply it to nfs world. he linked this video because its a little better quality than his.

is it that hard to make it, i did this to show people you can customize it, plus not everyone uses a ps3 controller. also i know that easymouse lock is a link to a demo version but its the only one i could find sorry about that

What? I have no clue how it could get turned off. This game's made for a cursor. its how you move attack and go through inventory how could it not be there? I don't know how to help you sorry.
