Thank you for the video, I'm currently trying to improve on Tracer and I'm trying to keep in mind "What is my job vs this comp with my comp". An issue I often run in to is only trying to flank the backline and finding a Moira, Mcree and Ana all together which I just cannot contest. What do you usually do in those situations ? I feel like if I try and pump damage in to the tank I'm just farming dmg with no impact. You said that you wanted to deal with the hitscan so your Pharah could play uncontested. In this match, if you didn't have a Pharah but had an Ashe instead, who would you have turned your focus towards ? Hope you don't mind the wall of text, I just really want to understand the thought process I should have.

personally id recommend in game stuff id use the custom game code VAXTA and set the difficulty to normal or hard and use that to practice, focus on tracking whilst moving and trigger discipline, try to acquire your target quickly after blinking, and stop shooting every time you blink until your crosshair is back on the target, hope this helps :)

Do you have any tips for playing against pockets as tracer? My thought process is usually to just apply pressure because I find it nearly impossible to kill them especially if I don’t have a tank going on the pocket with me.

sorry I missed ur msg, I know u posted this a while ago, but if you are playing against a pocketed target you can either poke the mercy and try to use natural cover to avoid taking dmg and eventually kill her, or just keep shooting her to distract both of them if you live and waste their time using cover and ur blinks u draw 2 people out of the fight for just you 1 person so your team is 4v3
