How to Play: Transistor - Functions and Limiters

*SPOILER FREE* Quickly describing how Functions and Limiters are used in SuperGiant Game's 'Transistor.' Functions can be used in three ways as described in the video and Limiters increase the difficulty in the game but reward you with extra experience and achievements.
'Transistor' is SuperGiant Game's second game, following 2011's 'Bastion.' Unlike 'Bastion,' 'Transistor' is a futuristic sci-fi action role playing game. You can get it for either PC or PS4.

i made my game harder with those limiters and i didnt even know i hated the game because of it thx now i understand

lmao I did it too, I was wondering why all of a sudden enemies were dealing so much damage to me, now I turned that off and the game felt more balanced to the current amount of functions I have

Appreciate the helpful video. The game doesnt really hold your hands in terms of figuring out things but i think you did a pretty good job explaining Functions and Limiters. I started playing Transistor i and felt a bit lost.

I had no clue I could drag and drop them around like that. Always felt the equipping and unequipping was so cumbersome lol

Much thanks! I've started livestreaming this and knowing more about how these functions work will help out next time I go live. The game doesn't explain much. I suppose there is a beauty in letting the player figure things out, but a little explanation can go a long way.
