Eric, I have been playing guitar since the mid-seventies. Please keep up the good work. You are the first guitarist that I have seen authentically cover Motown tunes on KZbin. Barry Gordy may have taken an assembly line approach to pumping out music at Motown, but the Funk Brothers and vocal artists such as Marvin Gaye as well as the various lineups in the Temptations and other Motown vocal groups were the real deal. The younger generation needs to learn this music instead of just sampling it. Most people would be surprised to discover the Smokey Robinson wrote over 4,000 songs at Motown, including the Temptations' anthem "My Girl."

Excellent lesson! Just the chords and the truth without all of the usual B.S. that comes with a lot of other guitar lessons on the ole KZbin - lol. LIKED and SUBSCRIBED immediately. You just can't pass up the language and subtleties of those old MOTOWN cats. They really knew just what to play for the sessions, and they taught the rest of the world too if you really listened.
