It works but every time I do play my console turns on and I want to play on my phone alone because (for example) if I go to my friends house and I play on my phone I come back with my console on. How do I fix this? (I nearly forgot to say this- when I connect to my phone and the console is on the little xbox button on the xbox is off even though the Acutal xbox is on... I had to update my controller But it works and you need a special controller, it needs to be bluetooth the difference is a bluetooth controller connects to the x button, and a non bluetooth conteoller connects to the top edger part

Thanks for this video but I need your help on a couple things that I just can't figure out. First, I have a galaxy s10+ phone, an Xbox one x system and a wireless Bluetooth capable Xbox series X controller. I managed to figure out how to play my Xbox games on my phone remotely while using the Xbox controller to navigate on the screen. Here's where I need your help. How do I get the in app controller to work so I don't have to use the Xbox controller to play on my phone? When I pair the Bluetooth controller with my phone, all thats happening is the controller looses it's sync with my Xbox and switches to controlling my cell phone, selecting app icons on my home screen etc...I can't select the enable in app remote choice from the Xbox app to play any games and I cant use the Bluetooth controller on my Xbox and television. I have to shut everything off,, resync my controller to the Xbox like its brand new and start the whole process over. My Xbox one x is dirextly connected to my wireless modem via an ethernet cable. Should I disconnect the cable and go with the wireless connection? I'm at a total loss. Thanks.

No, it's not possible. Cause you need a good internet connection to stream your xbox on your phone. You can't play them without internet on either, hope it helps.... Btw im a year late so you might have figured it out before😑

Then you can't use remote play. Xbox nor ps4 offer an official way to play games on mobile other than remote play rn but you need their console for that. I'd look into things like stadia or vortex if you want to play console games without owning a console or a pc capable of gaming.
