If you want to connect your controller to the phone just HOLD the share and the ps buttons to make it recognized to your phone but you must open the Bluetooth on your phone :)

I tried using the USB OTG cable method, but every time I plug the DS4 into my phone (which is the Galaxy S7), it forces my phone to reboot for some reason. I looked it up, and apparently it's only on that type of phone. Thanks for the info!

Just hold the PS button and the share button on your ps4 dualshock controller for 4-5 sec. and the led bar will start giving a strobe like light and then you can connect that dualshock controller to ur device via bluetooth

You can use a controller, if you have a second account, you can connect to that one and after that log out of that user and connect to your primary account using the controller, this worked for me!

You can connect your PS4 controller to your phone by holding the home button and the share button at the same time ( the light should be blinking white ) and just search for it on your Bluetooth list.,

That's the virus. The virus isn't in the app itself download . But involved directly the PS4 update. So then when you download it and now they have access to all your PS4 information. Anything with credit card numbers on it or any important information they will now have possession of. So it won't initiate when you first download the app in this link. But when you download PS4 update. Because it's not a phone virus is a PS4 virus. Contrary to what people believe a virus isn't like a sickness that people get. All it is is a bug for them to access into all your information just as you can. And then they have your credit card number so they can buy anything they want and have it shipped to wherever they are. All I'll say is I know this because of experience not people stories that tell. First hand experience. I gave up learning hacking techniques but it comes in handy to protect yourself from being hacked. You won't realize it happened until your credit card debt $25,000. There won't be one hint that you caught this virus until you check your credit card and realized money is disappearing.

Well some people have said that using the controller worked with their phone, but it just wouldn't work with mine. And in order to start remote play, your PS4 has to at least be in rest mode. As long as it's in rest mode, you should be able to use remote play.
