Wassalam dear. Thanks for sharing your details. The old version of WinXPow has some installation issues on Windows 10 onward. I don't have its latest version which is compatible with these new versions of windows. I'll suggest to use the GSAS, which is free.

You should plot the angle against the intensity. I understand only the background in your column, rest I don't know. It's better you plot all columns against data individually, then it will get clear to you which column you should consider. Thanks

You'd have received two-column data. 1st column is the angle (2 theta) values while the 2nd column is the intensity. Plot the data as a line plot. If you can't, I can have a look at it at [e-mail]. Thanks
