How to poach chicken - one of my game saving tricks is to make sure we do as much meal prep as possible on the weekends, and it almost always means making sure we have plenty of poached chicken for the week ahead. Knowing how to poach chicken means you know how to prep plenty of juicy, tender chicken that can be used in any number of ways. It's a delicious, lean protein that perfectly satisfies.

I have to poach chicken breasts for my little foxy Chihuahua dog who can't handle manufactured food because he is very old. Unfortunately, he reacts to anything else other than chicken and vegetables and rice so I can't put any flavourings in but thanks for the vid 👍 .you say to simmer it for a very long time compared to other poaching chicken vids though
