I just recently assumed the chef responsibilities in our household and have been trying to find a comprehensive cooking resource that isn't overly complicated!! Thank you!!

What a great way to make this. I would have never thought of using a flat beater of a stand up mixer-worked great. I can’t believe some people said it was dry, it was not. It was juicy and delicious. Worked well in using the chicken in another recipe.

Tried this just now. They came out somewhat tender but was a bit tough mostly. One of them was still a bit pink in the middle so didn’t cook through all the way I think. I’m going to slice them first next time and cut the time down to 7 minutes for around 2 pounds. Will this be better or should I do 5 minutes instead?

Absolutely fabulous "how to video"!Thank you for the great instruction. I bought an Instant Pot but have been afraid to use it due to my perception of the steep learning curve to operate it. But you make the procedure soooo simple. Quick question...If you don't own a fancy mixer like you used, will either an old fashioned electric 2 beater mixer or a Cuisinart with dough paddle work?

@@BalancedWellnesswithBeth Wow, when I read your response I truly thought I had said something nasty.... anyways, the recipe was on the bottom of the page after a series of large photos and write ups. I just felt like the recipe should be on top, and the extra stuff after it. I clicked on the link to get the recipe and all I got was everything else. It was a little frustrating but eventually I scrolled through several pages and found the recipe. Hope you have a lovely day.
