I've been following your work for a long time. I am from Brazil, I am polishing tanks and aluminum wheels in a truck. I also have difficulties when I find services in tanks and wheels that are very thick that I need to sand, and I also wanted to be without any risk that all the risks that the polishing wheels leave

Awesome video Sammy. We use a very similar approach on our own three tri-axle Pete coal haulers. Your work is very neat, also what is the name of the background music you use? It's kind of addictive!

from a seasoned polisher, this grill cutting technique is the best but its hard to master. the results speak for themselves tho.
@sammy36278 жыл бұрын
Yes I agree 100% for the grill is very tricky the dynamics the cutting the finishing and not to mention the pits prescient your comments thank you
@oderusurungus9548 жыл бұрын
+Sammy Bulgara i agree..when im teaching someone how to cut i always tell em 90 percent of the time you have to sand the bottom part of the grill because if the pitting.

Really been enjoying all your videos! Thanks for taking the time to create them. I've definitely learned a lot. A few questions ... Why do you wipe down with mineral spirits? Would you consider running the buffer on the stainless steel grill? (I've got little specs of rust I'd like to remove) Would it be safe to do the same steps on the chrome bumper or air breathers?? Is it effective to dilute purple powers aluminum brightener 12:1? What about muriatic acid? Is that a no no for cleaning aluminum??
@sammy36278 жыл бұрын
Hello and thank you for the comments well we use mineral spirits to clean all the contamination from all the different buffing material leaves behind and second question yes we would use a buffer on the stainless steel because it just looks better
@sammy36278 жыл бұрын
Hello and sorry for the delay, Im glad your finding our videos useful, well to answer your questions we wipe down with the mineral spirits to remove all the contaminates left behind from all the buffing and polishing, as for your other question , it sounds like your grill is chrome and not stainless steel , I think this because you said it has a little rust on it , stainless steel does not rust so make sure it is stainless ok good luck
