Grace, thanks,...I noticed that your typing on your qwerty keyboard; did you know that you can drag your finger, across the screen, instead of typing? It also shows a choice of words, at the top of the keyboard, incase you misspell something, you just tap on the correct word, that you want: some words, one has to type them in. Hope this helps you, the point is, is it's faster to swipe.

The picture for you to pick out of the little box should just show up when you have taken a picture on your phone - it should be in your Gallery - that's where pictures are stored on your phone. You just click on the picture you want and it will show up to put on Instagram. I hope that helps!
