Im in. The philippines just made a aircrete pump to build a big dome house locals are crazy about the blocks. They have never seen cement blocks you can cut with a hand saw its a great tbing showing them how to do this

I like how you built your form. It looks like your blocks are 6" thick? What is the finished dimension of the brick? Do you use a releasing agent on the boards and somehow slide them out after setting? Maybe you could do a video on how you break down the form after pouring?

I also am interested in the block form system used...12" x 12" x 6", cut from 19 - 4 block rows? I did notice the releasing agent being sponged on...How was it sliding them out? I am about to do my first pour this weekend. Thanks, Greg

He is probably using hinges and hasps to hold the outside boards together. I plan on using 1 x 6 boards and just space them 12" apart. They will cure better and you can do less blocks in a pour. Separate after 24 hours and cut into 12 x 12 blocks

@@fabonline9389 My plan is the same. I am assuming that one batch (little dragon type) will fill 12 @ 12x12x6 blocks. I had melomine sheets (sealed the edges) on hand, so, ripped into 6" strips . I was curious about future mass production of blocks for creating a couple of 22' domes with a couple of small domes attached. Thanks for your response.

Dilluted pine sap with something like denatured alcohol to make your own foaming agent, add Elmer's glue or perhaps bone meal or dimethicone or possibly fine wood powder and a bit of glycerine soap concentrate.
