How many psi is the washer

Edy do you know if there is a need for underwater pressure washing for boaters. I am a skilled scuba diver and also own 4000 psi pressure washers 4gpm high flow. My idea was to pressure was boat hulls while in the water so people would not need to take their boats out. Is this a reasonable idea? How much does it cost to take boats out of water?

Down here in Florida they have told me I cannot leave a boat with stern drives in the water and it must be put in a dry stack. They say only V-drive boats can stay in a slip. Is this BS? You obviously have stern drives and you left it in the water.
