HOW TO PRACTICE FOOTBALL IN SMALL SPACES? | FULL INDIVIDUAL TRAINING SESSION

Hello beautiful people! Today we're back with yet another individual training session, because you all liked the other one! Thanks for all your reactions I really appreciate it! In today's session we are focusing on the small spaces. In the game there are a lot of small and uncomfortable situations. So today we're going to train those situations. I train in my garage. I know that I'm incredibly lucky to have a room like this and I'm very grateful for it, but you can do this training everywhere with a wall, a ball and a few cones. If you want to become a master in small spaces on the field, definitely watch this video and practice these drills! Enjoy!

Really great work! It's probably the best home training video I've seen on KZbin. I'm really envious of your basement room. I live in an apartment, so it's practically impossible to do any ball work except nutmegging the chairs 😅
