- Ingredients
2 cups of whole milk (3% or more fat)
150g butter
2 tbsp of lemon juice (30ml)
for more flavor add 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of sugar
- instructions :
heat the milk over medium heat (without boiling it)
Add 150g of butter then mix with a blender or a mixer for 2 to 3min
Add salt and sugar then return the milk to heat (without boiling it)
When it is hot put the heat very low and add the lemon
stir until the texture becomes thick then remove from heat
let cool then refrigerate for 2 hours
put on a clean cloth and a colander and let drain for 8 hours or overnight
