There’s a nugget of management excellence in this video. Not just the delicious butter, but the manager said “I’ll shape for an hour, I’ll wrap for an hour… everyone rotates roles to keep the passion high about what we do”. This is gold. Humans become dull and bored when doing the same task all day, every day. Rotating stations and breaking up the day keeps everyone passionate about the product they produce. Team before self. 👏👏

@Repent and believe in Jesus Christ This Message is from the slave and Messanger of Allah Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) to the Mankind. Peace be upon him, who follows the right path. Furthermore, I invite you all to Islam, and if you become a Muslim you will be safe, and Allah will double your reward, and if you reject this invitation of Islam you will be committing a sin. (And I recite to you Allah's Statement:) Allah almighty our creator says, Say, "O people of the Book! Come to what is common between us and you, that we worship none but Allah; that we associate nothing with Him and that none of us shall make as our Lord any other than Allah." If they reject your invitation, then tell them plainly, "Bear witness that we are Muslims (who worship and surrender to Allah alone)." Qur'an (3:64) Allah almighty says, Your real Deity is but One. He Who is Lord of the earth and the heavens and of all that is between them, and Lord of all Easts. Qur'an (37:5) Once we die our creator will again resurrect us on the Judgment day.And on that day if you have believed in Allah and have followed his book Quran then you will be succeed in hereafter life. Hereafter life is the eternal life either in Hell or Paradise depending upon the good deeds.Hereafter life is true life we all should work for that life not for that which is temporary. God Almighty says to the Mankind, Say(O Prophet), “Allah gives you life, then causes you to die, then He will assemble you on the Day of Resurrection about which there is no doubt.” Quran (45:26)

People are saying just make butter at home and it will be as good, but no, I make my own butter and you must factor in the quality and regionality of the milk, the cows, all these have a different taste, and then there is the immense amount of kneading involved in this butter... it's not the same as you would make at home because your cream is probably not of such high quality and also you would spend hours kneading just to get a small amount of butter, some things are worth the price to buy.

If anyone reads this, I would like to wholeheartedly thank these people who are doing their honest work, while showing their creation for review and emphasizing the external simplicity of such a difficult technological process! Living in Russia (yes, that very distant country, which is in a difficult political and economic situation), I want to say thatpeople don't even think about it heresuch 'simple' things as the manufacture of much-needed products and their quality: people in cities buy low-quality products in ordinary stores, and it's even hard to imagine how big is the problem in my country of manufacturing fake dairy products from very poor raw materials, with violations of sanitary and other technological conditions... But I would not like to end on a sad note, but only with hope in a person as a creator of general well-being, honestly fulfilling his mission, whose work will be appreciated.

@@JN-wr9he Butter doesn't carry germs or bacteria well due to it being salty and basically already a preserved food, no risk of them getting anyone sick. All professional restaurants don't use gloves unless they're doing something greasy / slimy and actually need to wear them to keep their hands free of grease or slime. Hands can be washed. If you're wearing gloves you don't wash them that often and a tiny hole can be made in the gloves that contaminates everything. On top of that it's harder to feel through gloves when doing precision work. A well-washed hand with no gloves is much more trustworthy than a gloved one.

I spent $40 just to get a special order of Bordier butter from my local artisanal fine foods supplier because I really wanted to try it. It tastes different for sure. The texture is melt-in-your-mouth and putting it on a good baguette is just simply heaven. You don't need anything else for your meal. But the flavoured ones definitely have a strong taste, especially the seaweed butter - it's plenty salty. I'd say it was worth a try, but not so feasible for regular consumption unless it's easily available to you. And this was half a year ago, it wasn't all that memorable until I stumbled onto this video again and decided to recall what it tastes like.

I love how his bare hands are over every part of the butter. Is that the secret to the flavor? Very sanitary.

Irish butter is the best we can get here in Colorado and it's damn good. Wouldn't mind trying this French version but may not ever get the chance.

I started churning butter at home in a Kitchenaid. I'll never go back to industrial butter. Even doing it as an amateur, the difference is incredible.

I’m French and buy this on a regular basis. it’s delicious. the fact that he isn’t using a mask straight above the butter is really bothering me, especially since it’s made from unpasteurized milk.

And gloves

@@Rose-rq3uf washed hands are safer than gloves in a lot of ways, one of them being that it doesn't give you a false feeling of security so you won't touch things you are not supposed to , that's why in healthcare, glove usage is codified

@@Rose-rq3uf The not using gloves also really bothers me when it is a product that will often be ingested without further cooking when spread on bread.
@rustknuckleirongut8107 Жыл бұрын
@@julien3794 Just no. Your fingernails makes it almost impossible to wash off enough germs to make it safe when you are making a product that will not be heat treated before ingesting. The man it using the tip of his thumb as a knife making sure the butter touches all the places the soap might not have cleaned properly. Washed hands are fine when you are dealing with food stuff that will be cooked in a kitchen, but not here. How would you feel if you went into a grocery store and asked for butter and the person you asked just scooped a handful from a tub with his naked hand and gave it too you? Also the earlier in the production germs are introduced the longer time the germs have to reproduce and become a problem.

I LOVE watching any traditional or artisanal process. We have lost SO MUCH in the United States. It is devastating. 😞
