This is really the original method of making banku,I knew it will taste different from the one I eat here in US My friend introduced me to banku and shito,I love eating Ghana 🇬🇭 food

Yea, the US one is powder banku you have to mix with water and stir. Different taste but as close to home as we can get. When you visit Ghana, try the original banku, you’ll love it even more
