Good stuff! I use sheet cam everyday, i like it a lot compared to other CAM programs. One shortcut you can do. Instead of moving all your holes to separate layer, leave them on the default layer, and move your outside circle to the second layer, this can come in handy if you have a lot of inside cuts to make.

Without knowing what machine you have and how it is set up I really can't offer much help. Did it start all of a sudden, or has it been doing this out of the box? Did you get an update on the computer or the software? Or maybe just add a - sign to the z and see what happens.
