only language I'm comfortable with, is C. I can implement bst, avl, hash tables, graphs, shortest paths,etc, in C. I have poor knowledge of OOPs.

Thank you for posting this. I'm definitely saving this video as a reference. I'll be graduating in a year and will be trying out for Google (we'll see how that goes). I know you've mentioned that C++, Java, Python and C are some of the languages that are acceptable -- what's your take on C# being used in a Google interview? It's been my primary language; however, I do have some basic experience with C, C++, Python and JavaScript from various little projects at home and at school. If C# is frowned upon, I can always spend the next year getting up to speed with C/C++ (I own books on all the languages I've mentioned).

Honestly from what I know from meeting with Googlers at my Uni they mainly want you to use one of the three mentioned languages - mainly Cpp, Java or Python. It might depend on case to case basis though. You'd have to check that up with your recruiter once you schedule an interview.

This present year, I had passed out class 10 board exams. Before getting results my choice was to choose Science stream but I had opted Arts because science marks was poor. In other subjects like English I scored 81% and in social science I scored 89%. My mood was totally bad that I can't get job in IT companies 😣. But I have seen that the people who are working in Google have said that anyone from any stream can get job in Google, but you must have creative skills and many more.
