I don't actually agree with the tip to throw your stuff away when semester ends. In Europe at list it is highly beneficial to keep them until your degree has finished 100%. You never know what changes might happen within the school system and where you might need those papers and notes again. A lot easier is to keep them and when you need them, save time because otherwise you would have to look the same thing twice and after school has finished - throw them away. For example - on the first semester I had to study micro and macro economics. Had lots of papers and notes. Now, when in the autumn I started my 5th semester I had a subject called "History or economics" and at the end of the course we got handed our exams questions. One of the questions was about Adam Smith and the answer was not in that course materials, so a lot of students lost their points. But I had saved my 1st semester economics course materials and found the now needed answer quickly, and got my points as well :D

This is off topic but can you please do a workout video on upper body? I love your workout videos, I'm just starting working out and finding videos with things that I can/will actually do is hard!
