MD Pulmonary Medicine is also eligible for the course in NEET-SS. Following are two new colleges/institutions which have begun the course wef 2021, entry via NEET-SS. There is a pulmonologist who has cleared NEET-SS and is pursuing DM Infectious Disease presently 1) Govt Medical College, Kottayam Kerala. 2) School of Tropical Medicine, Kolkota.

1st and foremost - Get ur basics right... Apurba sirs Essentials, HIC book a must... And whenever u read an organism - suppose Salmonella, read d same frm Mandell n Harisson, to get a an overall picture of the disease... N since ur in 2nd year, u have time... Make notes! Read the latest guidelines fr the particular disease... Simultaneously, keep ur UG notes for ECG, X-rays, Acid base disorders questions, Ventilator settings handy... Give emphasis on the images in Harrison n Mandell, more of image based n case based questions s expected... Micro all the staining images , procedures n newer technologies must know

1st I hope u just dnt join Micro coz der r no options... All branches r unique, n obviously, with d advent of Covid u sud hav understood d importance f microbiology 2nd Jobs , various fields - Consultants, As SR, AP, govt colleges are der can join various companies, u can join As Research scientists Salary in all govt central govt is same as any oth branches... Pvt can vary depending upon the state 3rd post MD - DM in Infectious diseases, Virology n Various fellowships in Hospital Infection control 4th Like any other field, Ur interest and Passion is the one which carries u forward not any branch

Yes, u ll get 2 hall ticket... but, Roll no. Remains the same, you can just carry the AIIMS Delhi Admit card. The Jodhpur administration takes the marks from that and will be used for generating their rank order. I hope this answers your doubts☺️

Hi Dr Shariq New format of INI SS has 40% pure basic medicine questions 60% ID related - which includes Medicine & Microbiology... So expect most questions from Medicine part... Medicine part can be covered by taking ny of the Medicine based entrance preparation... And qualifying is 50 percentage AIIMS Jodhpur exam is seperate for DM ID & is completely Infections diseases based syllabus... & Has qualifying criteria of 50 percentile Hope this helps
