Avoid power struggles with them; be their friend not their teacher, give them respect to get respect;treat them like young adults;to discipline them, don't point them out rather just stand near them and if still u find them creating nuisance ,maintain eye contact with them rather than passing comments; praise them and appreciate their efforts;give them challenging and thought provoking assignments not just dull routine homework.
