Puppets will be able to open doors and climb through windows and random hordes will spawn on you in the 0.95 Update in Scum. What are you going to do about it to prepare ?

Puppets can jump onto any single story building roof if it has a small outbuilding or railing - however, if it's a row of houses and one of them is a single story they can jump from side building or railing to the single story roof and then to a two story building roof, not often, but it's something to be aware of. Puppets may also use any other object that gains them height; Garden Fences, Waste Bins, Nearby Walls, Seats, Log Piles, Benches and, of course, each other! The important thing is - don't relax too much... because you might not be as safe as you think!

I like the rock method because it reminds me of your miscreated server where you up the zombies to do more damage and the brute in miscreated on your server will 1 shot you so it was real dangerous looting a town so you had to improvise and use rocks

Luth, glass bottles make a lot of noise too. I use them to gather puppets and farm fame with a compound bow It seems cans make same noise as rocks. The bottles and frypans make almost the same noise, maybe there is other noise itens in the game

I play on low end machine for 5-6 years now (I7 3770k - bottlenecking my RX 5700xt) I lockpick, demo, with 40fps :( on lowest settings possible and my PVP is decent. I tried to find a good guide about settings that influence cpu/gpu usage ... I think that there are a lot of people in my position because lets be honest game is bad optimized .. so a comprehensive graphic settings option video(like the best you are doing) would be amazing at some point. Thank you !

I think i will try the following: If i see a horde in distance, i set an improvised mine on the ground and arm it. Then i go away and throw a can near to the mine. 😅 Will maybe funny, like flesh into a ventilator 😂

The issue i have with the game right now is the puppet respawn in buildings if you clean out a town it should stay cleaned out unless some walk in from outside...

...this will be great if they fix the fact that puppets can glitch through walls and floors. I've almost died many times when a single puppet phased through walls/floors into an enclosed space while I was working in my inventory. Climbing through windows and opening doors is cool, but I can't imagine if dozens of them from a horde are glitching through the walls of a base, for example.

If the video are more entertaining then the game then your not focusing on the right things. If you just want to PVP like my son then yes a survival game wont give you what you need most of the time but there are servers that remove the survival element and use bot shops or you can play on battle royal servers.

The puppets can be 1m away and not see you in a bush yet if youre not in a bush and theres one blocking their line of sight they can see you through that??? That makes no sense whatsoever... Scum is in dire need of a puppet rework before they go ahead and add hordes and their ability to open doors and climb through windows.. This game suffers from too many legacy issues that they refuse to fix(because they dont know how to and wont admit it)... there are problems that are 5 years old and have been brought to their attention 5 years ago! and they have responded in steam discussions that they will address them and they still havent....(puppets still phasing through solid objects anyone? or missing inventory(magazines disappearing when you clearly have inventory slots available.... or pump action shotguns reload animation interruption still occuring when you need to sprint to cover after you shoot or to avoid getting hit thus having to pump another shell in to the chamber and then fire and by that time its too late youre either dead or youre getting stun locked by a puppet thats rushed you.... or WORSE guns shooting completely through puppets and not even registering when they get too close? sometimes weapons wont even fire. and theyre not jammed..theyre jsut plain bugged out) but HEY they will add crop duster planes and Danny Trejo to the game to divert our attention from the games glaring problems.......

I've got 566 hours played and I have hardly ever encountered any bugs... The only one I can remember experiencing lately is sometimes items disappear. Allot of what you mention could be server performance issues

And for all new guys, you spawn in with nothing, maybe after 100h of gameplay you will find a shitty gun, 50% one,then after 200h u will find the mag and bullet, then after another 100 hours u will learn how to load the gun, then u will fire 1 shoot and die from zombies attacking you, God luck.

I stopped playing this game long ago because of the puppets... they are just too overwhelmimg for me to enjoy the game. They run too fast jump too high ..and keep resapwning after you kill them. To me its just dumb that zombies can run and jump so fast.

Not all zombies run fast. Only certain types.

For me it feels not immersive for them to respawn so fast, but that is just how it is on a online server if you play pve single player you can set their respawn time and the zombie amount in the server settings. If you play Pvp there are probably servers with no or only a few puppets. Also only the small puppets can catch you while running if you are not fully packed the fat ones wont.

That Bleeding over every injury needs to stop. Losing 4-6 bandages to stop bleeding because of a sprained ankle is pretty lame. The metabolism needs to be fixed.

Not sure if you're using bandages on C1 injuries as well but just fyi C1 injuries heal automatically. You don't need to use any medical supplies on C1 injuries unless it's an infection.
