Decision Analysis is actually changing and it's the first year that it is not going to be included in the final score. For Situational Analysis there is a separate result, again not counted in the final score (e.g. Band 1). Thanks for the video, just wanted to let you know.

Brizess Baral in the uk, students enter medical straight after sixth-form (high school) so they don't need a pre med degree to get it. (Except for students applying to the graduate-entry medical school)

you can re do it next year but you'll have to take a gap year
