2 medium onions / بصلتين حجم وسط
300 g green lentils / ٣٠٠ غرام عدس اخضر
1 cup red lentils, hulled / كباية عدس احمر مقشور
1/2 bunch coriander (about 3/4 cup chopped) / نصف باقة كزبرة بمعدل ٣/٤الكباية
1/2 cup carrots, peeled and chopped / نصف كباية جزر طازج
30 g garlic, peeled and chopped / ٣٠ غرام توم طازج
1 tsp salt / ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1/2 tsp black pepper / نصف ملعقة صغيرة بهار اسود حلو
1/4 cup oil (equal parts of vegetable oil and olive oil) / بع كباية زيت ممزوج بي نصف زيت زيتون ونصف زيت نباتي
