Wow!! Its going to be tasty and very healthy idlis steamed in Jack and banana leaves. That's why south Indians serve food on banana leaves bcoz all the Vitamins are released from the leaf when hot food is served on it. You're too good a Chef and have craft skills too. Kottiges are available at "Idli House" Matunga, Mumbai. Its run by a saraswat brahmin from Mangalore.
