Hey sis, I don’t see where she used ogili Igbo. She used seasoning cubes, which she calls “Ogili Bekee”.

@@Nelokitchen Nsogbu adiro. In that case, I’ve always known people to use seasoning cubes. Actually, just that, salt and pepper is all that is needed. All that extra is unnecessary. My bestie from college is from Enugu, and that’s how they make it. I’m from Anambra, that’s the same way we make it. People these days tweak it to their liking. I didn’t mean to be long-winded, I just wanted you to understand completely. Take care sis.
